David Warmath is a 1996 TCS graduate. David is also a graduate of the University of Memphis, and he is currently the Southeast Division Controller for Prairie Farms.
1984 graduate Dr. Kirk Fee has been named the Best Ortho Surgeon in Bowling Green, KY, for the 5th time! Kirk received degrees from Christian Brothers and UT Medical before doing his residency in Bowling Green.
2003 TCS graduate Paige Copeland received her BA in Journalism & Public Relations from the U of M. She is now in Raleigh, NC, where she serves as the Director of Retail & Catering Services for the Wakefield Health and Hospital system.
TCS Ernesto Byrd (left) has worked in law enforcement for 20 years as a K-9 Officer, Deputy, SWAT Team Leader, Sniper, Medic, and Detective for the TC Sheriff’s Office. He currently serves as a Task Force Agent with the TBI.
1993 graduate, Stacey Alexander, has worked in clinical research for over 17 years. Stacey is currently the Senior Site Director II US - Early Development & Clinical Pharmacology, Global Clinical Operations with Janssen.
After earning his degree from UT Martin, 1995 TCS graduate Mark Neal served as a teacher, coach, and school administrator. Mark is currently the Deputy Superintendent of the Millington Municipal Schools.
McCallie Ruffin graduated from UT Knoxville in 2018 with a BS degree in Nursing. McCallie lives in Nashville and work as a neonatal ICU nurse at Centennial Medical Center.
Shumia earned her degree from UT Martin and currently works for our school system as a social worker and FRC Director. She is also a Masters student at the University of Kentucky.

2012 Tipton County Schools graduate, Laura Jeffords, completed her Birth worker training at the Harbor Birth Institute in Nashville. She is a doula that helps pregnant women all over West Tennessee have safer, faster, more enjoyable births.

Will Joyner is a proud 2011 Tipton County Schools graduate. After graduation, he attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Covington and then McKenzie, TN. Will is passionate about his career and is currently a HVAC Commercial Technician at Roscoe Brown, Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN.
Nikolas Kirby is a 2008 graduate and today's #endlesspossibilities spotlight. After degrees from Middle TN State and UT Health Science Center, Nikolas is now a Pharmacist at St. Mary’s Hospital in Russellville, AR.

1992 graduate, Jarred Mallard, has been in telecommunications most of his career. He now works at Fisher Arnold Engineering in Germantown where he is a telecom manager and drone pilot. His #endlesspossibilities also include being a reserve deputy in Tipton County.
After attaining degrees at both Vanderbilt and UT, Clay has received multiple awards and is currently an International Education Consultant. Mr. Hensley resides in Brooklyn, NY.
1994 graduate from CHS, Holly has been certified through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board since 2001. She worked as pharmacy tech at Baptist Hospital Tipton before becoming a Pharmacy Tech at Doc’s Hometown Pharmacy in Covington.
2000 TCS graduate Ayanna Dowell is in her 17th year with our school system and currently works as an Assistant Principal at Austin Peay Elementary. Ayanna is also a strong community advocate and always ready to serve!
2016 CHS graduate, Bailee Moss, attended the University of Memphis where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is employed at Lebonheur Children’s Hospital in the Emergency Department, which is a level one trauma center for pediatric patients.

Chris was voted 2015 Best Producer in Nashville by the Nashville Music Industry Awards. He is currently producing artists at Chris Love Studios in Nashville and was featured in Forbes.
2018 TCS graduate, Mariah Rose, graduated from The Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a concentration in marketing. She now works for the Memphis Grizzlies as a Ticket Sales Representative!
Noel Smith-Howe is a 1997 graduate and another #endlesspossibilities example! After receiving her Bachelors and MBA, Noel currently serves as President of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries and COO of IPL in Brighton, TN.
2005 graduate, Jamell Matthews White, is currently a Project Manager for the Telehealth Dept of HCA. She is also the founder and CEO of her non-profit, Taylor’s World, and she’s an author.
2019 graduate, Dalton Rushing, is living #endlesspossibilities! After playing collegiate baseball for The University of Louisville, Dalton was drafted in the second round by the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. He is currently playing for their minor league affiliate.
2016 graduate, Keely Butigan, received her BS and MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Middle TN State University and she is now part of the team here in Tipton! Keely is a Speech & Language Pathologist in the Tipton County Preschool.
Chandler Kirchoff graduated from Munford High in 2008. He started working at Kroger in Atoka when it opened in October 2006 as a courtesy clerk. He is now one of the assistant store managers there. He is currently serving as the interim store manager.
2015 graduate, Destiny Jones, cares for service members and their families in Japan as a Labor and Delivery Nurse for the Air Force.
High school sweethearts Luke and Caroline (Davis) Scott graduated from Brighton High School in 2014. He is an aircraft mechanic at FedEx and she is a registered nurse in the recovery room at Methodist Germantown Hospital. 
Marilynn Wright Andrews is a Munford High School graduate and serves in the field of Training and Development. Marilynn is a graduate of the University of Memphis and currently seeking a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology. Marilynn has served as a statewide Training Specialist with TECTA and as a Site Manager with Porter Leath. Most recently, Marilynn has served as Director of Core Development with the MMBC Continuum.
Matt Little, a 2003 BHS graduate, served overseas as a Marine and then earned a degree from Wyotech in PA in high performance automotive. He currently works in maintenance at Unilever and runs the Tipton County chapter of Ducks Unlimited

Dr. Cynthia has spent her entire life serving others in various capacities. For 24 years she served as a nurse, nurse manager and nurse educator in trauma and surgical units, cardiovascular intensive care units and recovery rooms. She served students as a college counselor, freshmen experience faculty and test taking specialist. Later she guided applicants and students as the Manager of Admissions and Retention.
After hearing the call of God to serve in a different capacity, she pastored Friendship United Methodist Church and was asked by Bishop Wills to serve on the Memphis Cabinet as the McKendree District Superintendent. After five years of faithful service she then became the Senior Associate Pastor and Executive Director of Congregational Care at Christ United Methodist Church. Bishop McAlilly then called Cynthia to come back on the Cabinet to serve as the Mississippi River District Superintendent.
Cynthia received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi (Jackson, MS), her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Memphis (Memphis, TN), and her Doctor of Ministry Degree from United Theological Seminary (Dayton, OH). Her focus group was The Black Church and Public Health and her dissertation is entitled, Promoting Healthy Dietary Lifestyles to Prevent Obesity in African American Adolescents.
Cynthia has received awards too numerous to name and actively participates on various agencies and boards. She has presented extensively in local and national workshops, seminars and conventions.
Cynthia and her husband, Dr. Elvernice “Sonny” Davis have four children and two grandsons, Jalen and Blake.

2009 graduate, Beunca Logan, received her BA in Social Work from U of M and then her MA from Union University. She currently works as a Supervisor for the TN Office of Juvenile Justice.
2012 graduate, Walt Downing, is a Loan Specialist for the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development. Based in Jackson, Walt provides financial assistance and grants to entities throughout West TN.
2013 graduate, Chanteil Edwards, went on to obtain her Administrative Office Technology Diploma from TCAT Covington. Currently, Chanteil works for Baptist Tipton as an Administrator Representative.

"I am an Army Captain currently assigned to the Multi-Domain Effects Battalion as a Space Operations Officer within the Space Company as team crew chief. In 2020 I departed my previous assignment in Okinawa. There I was a part of the 78th Signal Battalion, as an Operations officer for the Large SATCOM Gateway (LSG), Executive officer and Commander of the Network Enterprise Center – Okinawa, as well as the assistant S3 for Battalion operations. I was fortunate enough to gain real world experience working at the LSG supporting multiple communications missions for the joint force across INDOPACOM.
I was born in Detroit Michigan but grew up and received my high school diploma at Covington High School in Covington, Tennessee and went on to receive my B.S from Austin Peay State University. My wife Constance Eaton currently resides with me in Washington. We have one puppy, Kibou Fields, who keeps us on our toes daily between work. I am currently working to become competitive for a master’s degree in Space Studies with potential to be accepted into a program that allows me to train with industry."

Sam Daniel is a Landscape Architect. He graduated fromCovington High School in 2015 and from The University of Tennessee majoring in plant sciences in 2019. He received a Master of Landscape Architecture from The University of Tennessee School of Architecture in 2022 and delivered the Commencement address.He is a designer and planner with Design Workshop, an award winning, international landscape architecture firm based in Aspen, Co.
1997 Covington High graduate Laura Dawson, earned degrees from both The University of Memphis and UT Memphis. She has been an Occupational Therapist for 21 years. She currently works for Methodist North Hospital.
1999 graduate Andria (Wright) Mackey received her BA in Psychology & MS in Organizational Leadership from Belhaven University. She is currently the HR - LoA Coordinator at St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

Taerion Young is a Covington High School graduate of 2018 . From there he attended Diesel Mechanic School and graduated in 2019. He worked at Munford Tire for 2 years. As of 2022, Taerion has enlisted in the United States Marine Corp where he will serve as an Aviation Mechanic.

Kyla Taylor is MHS 2016 grad. She completed her master’s degree in May. She recently accepted a job as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow with Synaptic Pediatric Therapies in Dallas, TX. She’s working with children and adults diagnosed with a variety of communication disorders.
2002 Covington High School graduate, Holly Glass, is a Senior Fixed Income Trader and Team Leader at Truist Investment Services, Inc. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband and dog, Oscar. She enjoys traveling in her free time, having visited Turkey, Maldives, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and Hawaii just to name a few.
TCS graduate, Tonya Dyson, is a soul singer/songwriter, serial entrepreneur, music activist, radio personality on WYXR, and executive director of the Memphis Slim Collaboratory- a house to give current & future generations of musicians a place to gather, rehearse, learn, and create legendary music again. With nearly 20 years in music promotion and event marketing experience, Tonya has been a driving force in the Memphis music scene producing shows featuring Corinne Bailey Rae, Robert Glasper, Ledisi, Bilal, and more in addition to serving as "curator-at-large" for an impressive list of clients. This experience led to Tonya creating some of the city's major music staples- the Soulsville USA Festival and Soulin' on the River.

2010 graduate, Hannah McMahan Lindsey attended Nursing School at The University of Memphis. Now she works as a Pediatric and Neonatal Transport Nurse for LeBonheur where she works aboard ambulances, planes, and helicopters.
After graduating from TCS in 2005 and receiving his bachelor’s degree from TSU, Roy now works for USDA Rural Development and is also a Realtor.
2014 TCS graduate Madeleine Murphy Burke went on to get her degree from UT Martin and is now a Veterinary Tech. in anesthesia at Nashville Veterinary Specialists. Madeleine and her family live in Lewisburg, TN.
2012 graduates Chance and Laurel Sampson are serving Tipton County in their careers. Chance is a Plumber for Elite Plumbing, and Laurel is in her 7th year Teaching at BES where they both attended elementary school!

Dr Heather Comer is a 1994 CHS graduate and 25 year veteran teacher. Heather teaches Algebra I at Covington High School. Caylee Comer is a 2020 TCS graduate and current junior at MS College where she majors in Elementary Ed and plays softball.

2013 graduate Veronica Butler received her BS in Family and Children Studies at UT Chattanooga, and her BS in Nursing from South College. Veronica is currently an RN Resident at Tristar Hospital in Nashville.
2007 graduate, Jessica Carnett, received her license with The Tennessee State Board of Cosmetology and has been doing hair for 14 years in Tipton Co. Jessica opened her salon “The Hair Parlor” in Munford, TN in 2017.
2016 graduate Lauren Stafford is now serving as Vice President at First South Financial Credit Union. She is also a cosmetologist, certified makeup artist, and lash technician.
Rob Witherington is the owner and operator of Witherington Services. He works day in and day out to provide Tipton County with high quality service. Rob graduated from CHS in 98’. He attended TN Tech to get his HVAC license.
TCS graduate Jon Burnett received his degree from the University of Memphis. Jon is now a Mortgage Loan Originator with American Mortgage Services in Atoka.
2001 TCS graduate, Alex Mashburn, is a 7th grade Math teacher and Cross Country/Track and Field coach at Brighton Middle School. He takes pride in being a championship coach but even more in educating the kids of Tipton County.
Mario Butler graduated from BHS in 2001. He works as a Compliance Coordinator and Provider Investigator. His role as the Provider Investigator is to report all abuse, neglect, and exploitation of adults with mental illness, intellectual development, and physical disabilities.
After earning her Bachelor's of Science in Education from The University of Memphis, 2018 BHS graduate, Sara Pangburn, has returned to teach kindergarten at Austin Peay Elementary where she attended school as K-5 student.
Dane Anderson is a 2004 graduate of Covington High School. After high school, Dane attended and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He is currently a Systems Accountant for the United States Army Corp of Engineers. After living in Memphis, Tennessee for a short time, Dane met his wife, Sloan, and they moved back to Tipton County to start their family.
1998 Tipton County graduate, Tamekia Hall, obtained her RN at DSCC, BSN at UT Martin, and her MSN for FNP at TSU. She’s currently working state wide as a FNP. She’s also a clinical instructor for nursing students.
Kieshanna Stewart, 2016 Tipton County Schools graduate, also graduated from University of Memphis with a Bachelor of Science in Education in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Youth Services and a minor in American Sign Language. She then went on to become a licensed esthetician at Renew Wellness Spa that offers detoxifying beauty wellness services.
Alex Murchison, a 2012 graduate of TCS, received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from UT Knoxville in 2015 and a civil engineering degree from UT in 2020. He is a Transportation Projects Specialist for TDOT Materials and Tests in Knoxville. Alex and his wife, Christy, have 3 daughters.Melodie Goodwin, 2003 CHS graduate, attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville and graduated from UT Health Science Center with a Doctor of Pharmacy. She currently is a Pharmacy Supervisor at the UMMC Cancer Center and Research.Melissa Rasssmussen attended Christian Brothers Univeristy and graduated from the Southern College of Optometry. She currently is an Optometrist/Partner of a group of 5 eyecare clinics in Central MS.Melissa was salutatorian and sister Melodie Goodwin was historian of their CHS graduation class. It is our pleasure to highlight Brady Johnston, a 2007 graduate. After many years in ministry, sales jobs, and operations jobs, Brady is currently in an Assistant Director role with Chick-fil-A in Bartlett. He is a husband of five years to wife Hannah, and they have four boys. They enjoy family time, hot wings, and the Memphis Grizzlies.
1997 graduate, Christie Peet, earned her MBA degree from Bethel University. She was previously an educator for 12 years and now works at Microsoft as a Regional Manager with their philanthropy program called Technology Education And Literacy in Schools (TEALS) which builds sustainable computer science (CS) programs in high schools.
Sara Kathryn Keeton is a 2018 graduate of MHS. She is a second grade teacher at Krisle Elementary School in Springfield, Tennessee.
2018 TCS graduate, Vada Butler went on to receive her BSN from UT Knoxville and now works as a Registered Nurse at Tristar Hospital in Nashville.
April Alsbrook (Scheidhauer) graduated from TCS in 2007. She then went to the Beauty Institute and has been working as a licensed Cosmetologist in Tipton County for over 13 years.
1999 TCS graduate, Sarita Alston continues to light paths for others. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she now serves as the Operations Supervisor for the American Job Center.
Emily (Cooper) Montgomery, 2016 Grad, received her BS in Exercise Science and Psychology from UT Chattanooga in 2019 and her MEd from UT Martin in 2023. She is currently in her second year as a CDC teacher with AES.

While in Knoxville, I went to Johnson University to take up Christian counseling with a minor in Biblical Studies. After completing my studies, I traveled to Romania on a mission trip, where I spent time working at an orphanage. I am co-founder of GROWTH in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, a group that came together at a local restaurant to show the love of Jesus Christ to those who either did not know Jesus or would not step into a church. These experiences would reveal God's plan for me to come back to Covington, Tennessee to open Theo & Roe's Ice Cream Parlor where I minister with ice cream."
