The site is now part of Discovery Kids and provides activites and games that may be appropriate for the classroom. Mad SciNetwork - This website is maintained through Washington University Medical School in St. Louis, MO. NASA Earth Observatory Mission: Biomes This fun, interactive website was designed by NASA's earth observatory to introduce students to the Earth's Biomes. Investigate biomes, then test your knowledge about the biomes by completing each mission. WorldBiomes.com Provides various sub-divisions and examples of the 5 types of biomes so that you may attain a better understanding of the relationships and features distinguishing one type of biome from another.
