CNN has posted a great site to celebrate Black History Month for the years 2003 and 2002. Don't miss the great wealth of information. CNN has a good list of events for the Civil Rights Movement.

Infoplease has posted this site for the 2004 year of Black History.

This website has a biography of Maya Angelou with links to two of her poems, "Still I Rise" and "Alone". Don't miss the links from the biography to other important information.
