Editing Equipment
One of the most important processes in making our shows is editing. Through editing we are able to put all our footage together in an organized manner and add interesting transitions between screens. We currently have two editing machines.
|
The oldest editing machine we have is linear. This means that the footage must be edited from first to last and in that order only. This machine serves its purpose and does a good job, but can be frustrating at times.

Our newest edition to the editing room is a digital editor called the Casablanca (Note: This link will open a new window). This video editor is really easy to use and delivers the high quality that we need. After about an hour of using it anyone can edit a show. We are really pleased with the system would recommend it to anyone interested in doing any serious editing.

The IMac allows us to make high quality video
faster. We have better sound with it. It's kind of mess around with.

The digital camera is
lighter than the older cameras we have. We can do most of the editing on it.
Also, the color is much better.
