PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

 

Professional Development Plan (Steps or Strategies) to Support Action Steps (if applicable): [from 4, 4a, 4b, & 4c]

1.  Continue to conduct annual staff development surveys and compare results from year to year.

2.  Coordinate staff development to address identified areas of need based on surveys, benchmark assessment results (state and local) and system report card deficit areas.

3.  Continue to conduct staff development to provide opportunities for staff to become certified and highly qualified.

4.  Monitor progress for all staff to become highly qualified by 2005-2006.
