Rules, Consequences, and Rewards

Hello. Welcome to my Rules, Rewards, and Consequences Page. Below, you will see the rules, rewards, and consequences I will be using this term. It is highly recommended that the students adhere to these rules in order to have a productive learning experience while in computer skills class.

The Student Will...
1. Raise their hand to receive permission to speak.
2. Keep all food (candy, gum, snack cart foods) and drinks outside of this computer classroom.
3. Remain in his or her assigned seat unless told otherwise.
4. Keep hands, feet, objects, and negative words to themselves.
5. Follow the rules set forth within the Tipton County School Student Handbook.


Purposely disrupting your or someone else's computer can result from your removal from the computer classroom for violating the Student Acceptable Use Policy for the use of Technology.


Student Acceptable Use Policy for Technology

 

Rewards for Good Behavior
Receive free computer time.
Receive a free ticket to the computer classroom for free time before school starts.*
Receive an opportunity to drop a lowest grade (including a test grade).

 


Consequences: The Student Will...
1. Receive one warning. (Documented)
2. Be removed from their computer into a desk.
3. Receive a parent note to go home and get signed.
4. Expect a phone call home to parent.
5. Receive a disciplinary referral to an administrator
