6th – 8th grade – We will be starting our strength training program in our new weight room.  Be sure and sign the permission form so that your child may participate.  A link to the permission slip can be found below.  We will also be participating in an inline hockey unit this week.

5th grade –  Cardiovascular fitness will be the theme for this week.  We will be jogging and doing interval training at the beginning of class each week.  We will also be participating in some new and exciting games such as coneball and floor hockey.

Don’t forget to exercise even though it’s cold outside.  There are many convenient ways to exercise indoors, such as, doing push-ups and sit-up during commercials while watching T.V.
