Mrs. Flowers is in her fourth year as Crestview Middle's Special Education Consulting Teacher. She works with the principal to ensure special education students receive appropriate modifications and instructional strategies required for their success, maintain an on-going collaboration with the entire school program, meet with parents as needed to support success of their students, and adher to the federal and state rules and regulations for special education students.

Mrs. Flowers has been in the education field for 15 years. She has taught kindergarten, first, and fifth through eighth grades. She enjoys working in Tipton County and particularly at CMS... students, parents, and the faculty are the best.

Ms. Walker is CMS's Special Education Lead Assistant. Some of Ms. Walker's duties involve scheduling meetings for special education students and their parents. In addition to scheduling meetings, she is also in charge of the documentation in the special education office.

Ms. Walker has been in the education field for 7 years. She was an assistant for five years with one of CMS's veteran special education teachers, Ms. Judy Ralph, who teaches Reading and Language Arts. Currently, Ms. Walker is in her second year as special education lead assistant.

Ms. Walker has two children: one in 7th grade enrolled at CMS and a 20 year old who currently attends college.

Ms. Walker has lived in Covington, TN all of her life.
