Mrs. Hayes is a veteran to the administrative team. Some of her duties include handling bus discipline and textbook inventory. She handles the contacting and placement of substitute teachers. She is in charge of truancy at Crestview Middle.

She has been in the education field for about 31 years. She has taught reading and language arts, math, science, and social studies. She also has taught at Dyersburg State Community College on campus.
