Project 1:  Graphics Notebook

Due Date: August 22, 2008

A graphics notebook is a collection of headlines, copy treatments, layout and design from contemporary publications. One letter or an entire page may be used. There are no limits.

You are to find an example of each item, cut it out and identify it clearly. Give the name of the publication where it was published, along with the date of the publication and the page number.

There are 100 items to be found. You are to glue these on colored paper, or white typing paper, and turn them in, in a three-hole folder/notebook. Be careful not to put your items too close to the edge so that they won’t get hole-punched.

Be sure that all items are in the ORDER LISTED BELOW, or points will be deducted.
