The Cardinal Fieldhouse is located adjacent
to the field and contains a locker room for home and visiting
teams as well as a workout facility for the team.

Brighton High School field house and weight
room is a 4000 square foot building with 20 work stations
and over 10,000 pounds of weights. Each work station holds
over 500 pounds of weight. These stations are fully self-contained,
allowing the athlete to stay at one single station to do
Squat, Bench, Incline, Military, Olympic Lifts, as well
as pull-ups, dips, and step-ups. There are also six gullet
ham machines and ten exercise balls for working abs and
stability. The area is a fully Astroturf facility with
two lanes and a 30-yard sprint track, except for the dumbbell
area, which has a rubberized floor. The dumbbell area
is 387 square feel with 6, 324 total pounds of weights.

pounds in 5-pound increments.
The field house is open to all student athletes and wellness
students, servicing over 200 students a day.

player and 2007 BHS graduate, Harrison Simonton.
