What Do I Do When I’m Done?

• Check for obvious spelling mistakes.
• Check for punctuation—Do you have ending punctuation? Have you checked commas?
• Do not use any contractions.
• Double check the 5 paragraph format.
• Go back and modify nouns with vivid adjectives.
• Can you use more vivid verbs?
• Don’t stress about crossing through words! The readers know it is a rough draft. It’s better to use good words than have a perfectly beautiful paper!
