My goals are the following: To promote learning skills that allow the students to be successful in the classroom and outside the classroom Be prepared and organized each day Apply different teaching strategies / instruction to ensure that all students have the opportunity to grow Encourage the students to be prepared and organized each day Be a role model at school and outside of school Work with other faculty members to improve my teaching skills therefore improving the opportunity for the students to learn NOTES: IF A STUDENT AS MADE A GRADE THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE UPON, THEY CAN RE-TAKE THE TEST AND I WILL AVERAGE THE GRADES THE TWO SCORES TO HELP THEM IMPROVE THE GRADE! (IT HAS TO BE DONE WITH IN A WEEK OF GETTING THE GRADE BACK FROM THE TEACHER!)
