ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY

HEALTH SCIENCE EDUCATION

REHAB THERAPIES

I have been teaching at BHS since March, 2001. Before that I worked as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for the Tennessee Department of Health. I am married and have two children. I had the opportunity to take Health Science classes when I was in high school and have always known that I would like teaching these classes myself. Health care is one of the fastest growing industries in the country and workers are needed at all levels. The classes I took helped me be decisive in my career choice and I enjoy giving students the chance to take a peek into the jobs they may choose.
