Wellness and Coed
Wt Training students are required to dress daily. Students are graded on participation
dealing with cardiovascular activities and weight training. Each nine weeks students are given exams on
mile run and max weight. Health students
are required to bring a class notebook and health book daily. Students are graded on four areas
(notebook, quizzes, daily grades, and tests). |
