Mr. LeFlore is a graduate of Memphis East High School, where he was a class officer, captain of the football and basketball teams, and an honor student. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, and his Masters in Administration through Trevecca Nazarene University.

Coach LeFlore taught and coached for two years with the Henry County School System and for seven years with the Memphis City Schools before accepting his position as Assistant Principal with the Tipton County School System. He is a member of New Salem Baptist Church in Memphis and is on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Athlete Coaches' Association, where he helps organize coaching clinics and assists in the selection of All-Star teams.

Mr. LeFlore and his wife Sonja are parents to three sons and a daughter.
