Brighton High School is happy to offer both parents and students daily access to grades, attendance, assignments, and school activities through a secure website known as K12Planet.

Click here if you already have your username and password.

Student grades and attendance are uploaded to K12Planet daily. If you already have a BHS username and password for the site, click the K12Planet graphic above.

HOW DO I GET A USERNAME and PASSWORD?

1. Read and sign the Acceptable Use Policy. (Required) You may print it from here, or there will be copies in the office at BHS. You are verifying that you agree to the AUP and to the Terms of Use, which you may read from the K12 Planet website. Just click the Terms of Use link at the bottom of the webpage.

2. Read and sign the Verifiable Consent Form. (Required) This form allows us to create your account; you also will have the option giving us permission to create an account for your student(s). This allows students to have independent access to their information, and they can keep a visual record of how each grade affects overall averages. You may print out the form from the link above or get a copy in the office at BHS.

3. Fill out the Request for K12Planet Account. (Required) You may print it from here or fill it out in the front office at BHS.

4. Take the signed forms to the office at Brighton High School, along with a photo ID. Please remember that you must be a custodial parent, biological parent, or legal guardian in order to obtain account information. No account information will be mailed or sent home with students.

You will receive an email when your account is ready for use -
usually within 24 hours.

Take your signed forms (or pick up forms to sign)
and show your photo ID at the BHS office
between 6:30 AM and 4:00 PM Monday - Friday
beginning Tuesday, September 18th.
