Tipton County Schools
1. Type
the following into your location bar:
http://helpdesk.tipton-county.com
2. Type
in your username; then hit <tab> and type in your password. Hit
<enter>.
First time setup
only:
¨ Click
the Edit Profile link.
¨ Click
in the top Password box and type a
new password.
¨ Hit
<tab> and type the new password again.
Do not edit any other part of your profile – just the password.
3. At
the main login screen there will be several blue links at the top. (They are not underlined like regular links;
however, they are links.)
4. Click
the Submit New Request in order to
enter a new request for technology service.
5. The
Open Requests link will allow you to
check the status of requests you have previously sent; the Closed Requests link will allow you to see your requests listed
after they have been taken care of.
6. Log out
by clicking the Log Out, Your Name
link located under the Edit Profile
link.
