Transcript Request Form
Already graduated and need a transcript? They must be requested in writing. You may mail, fax, email, or fill out a form in the front office.
Please include your full name at time of graduation, year of graduation, and information about where you want the transcript sent.
Transcripts are processed on Thursday afternoon and are mailed on Fridays. Please request your transcript well ahead of the college application deadlines.
Transcripts are not processed during school holidays.
