New Student Registration
Below is a list of the items that you will need to enroll your child in Brighton Elementary.Are you enrolling from within Tennessee?
- Withdrawal form or last report card from previous school
- 2 Proofs of residence
Are you enrolling from outside of Tennessee?
- Immunization record transferred to a Tennessee Green Card
- Withdrawal form or last report card from previous school
- 2 Proofs of residence
Are you enrolling from a private school?
- Withdrawal form or last report card from previous school
- 2 Proofs of residence
- BES will test your student to determine grade placement
What are acceptable “proofs of residence?”
- Property tax record
- Mortgage document or property deed
- Apartment or home lease
- Current utility bill (water, gas, electric)
- Automobile registration
- Voter registration
Special Note…
If the student’s name is different from the parent’s, a copy of marriage license, birth certificate, or custody papers will be required.
