Active employees with an HSA card
  • Employee only coverage - $500.00 per year will be added to your HSA - $250 usually in August and January - New employees will be added October and January
  • Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children, Employee + Family - $1,000.00 will be added to your HSA - $500 usually in August and January - New employees will be added October and January.

Access to Information Concerning State Health Plans

The Partners for Health Information page is the best place to find information concerning the State Health Plans. There are phone numbers, websites, and links to answer most of your questions. The State's insurance program offers comprehensive coverage for local education employees. There are several videos that explain your benefits, eligibility and enrollment guides, forms and other resources that explain the benefits available to you as a new employee. It is important that you understand your benefits and make informed decisions now since some of these benefits are only available during your initial eligibility period. TCRS Information

 

If you need to change your Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (TCRS) beneficiary, you must create an account in Concord (legacy employees) or RetireReadyTN (hybrid employees) and complete the forms online.


If you want to check your TCRS Annual Statement, go to the MyTCRS link and login or register for your account and review your information for accuracy and planning purposes.

This information is provided to inform all eligible employees of the voluntary retirement plan available to them.  IRS regulations require that ALL eligible employees (full-time and part-time) receive written notification each calendar year regarding eligibility and enrollment procedures for the 403(b) Plan.
