	A Message from Mrs. Rachel: What a fantastic class we have! We have really focused on math skills so far this year. We have also read the following novels as a class: The Janitor’s Boy, The Old Willis Place, The Ghost Sitter, The Mouse and the Motorcycle, and The Best Halloween Ever. We will begin Number the Stars this week!

	Our first reward day is in December! I only have a few students who need to retest.

****Signed papers will be sent home on Wed. each week.	Please return the signed paper slip promptly.
****Vocabulary and Spelling tests on Fridays.	Students should study a little each night instead of waiting until Thursday.
