v     In reading we will be reviewing generalizing. Our story this week is “The Great Kapok Tree”

v     In Spelling we are working on words with y changing to i.

 

v     In social studies we will be studying early Spanish Europeans coming to America.

v     In science we will be studying water shapes our land.

v     In English we are working on adjectives with good and bad, and reviewing adjectives that compare including more and most.

v      

v     In math we are working reducing fractions to simplest form, and ordering fractions.

 

 

 

v     Please make sure to remind your child to bring his/her leveled reader back to school each day.
