comprehension skills through our Social Studies lesson on Ch. 12 “A Growing
Country” v
In English we will review types of
sentences, subject & predicates, subject-verb agreement, adjectives, and
double negatives. |

In social studies we will learn supply/demand,
westward expansion, sectionalism and slavery, anti-slavery movement, and compromise. v
In science we will understand motion,
forces, gravity, frictions and simple machines. v
Social Studies study guides for
parts of Ch. 6, 7and 8 over the events before and during the American
Revolution were handed out on March 1st. Government study guides
were handed out March 19th. v
