We will address issues related to growth.
Plan 4:1
Actively keep local and state legislators informed of policy and procedures
that affect the growth issues in our county and school district.
Plan 4:2
Establish strategies for school-community relations for Tipton County
Schools.
Plan 4:3
We will provide appropriate facilities to implement and support our educational
programs.

Create an energy management program.
Plan 4:5
Begin a county wide initiative to dedicate a wing or portion of each high
school to become a ninth grade academy.
Plan 4:6
Implement relocation of bus barn to a centrally located area of Tipton
County.
Plan 4:7
We will use educational technologies to improve student achievement, teacher
productivity, instructional delivery and organizational capacity.
Plan 4:8
Expand high school curricular offerings through distance learning courses.
Plan 4:9
Expand the use of email for all Tipton County Personnel.
Plan 4:10
Recruit and retain the highest quality personnel.
