Statement of the Problem... In the efforts to advance the success of all learners within the classroom and especially with those who have autism or a related disability, I would like to explore the academic and social success of these learners when arts integration is embedded within the core curriculum in the regular classroom. Autistic learners tend to be placed in isolated classrooms. It is my desire that the use of arts integration within the core curriculum will aide autistic learners in full successful inclusion into the regular classroom.
