PRIOR to each announced observation the following documents are due:
               1. Planning Observation Record
               2. A copy of the lesson plan being observed
               3. Submit these to the administrator conducting your observation.

DUE THE DAY AFTER EACH OBSERVATION:
              1. Reflecting Information Record
              2. Submit this to the same administrator
