NEW STUDENT
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
New students may be enrolled when they
arrive in the district. This will be done in the school
office. Be sure to bring the following information with
you when you enroll your child:
- Your child's immunization card
- An emergency telephone number
- Documentation showing your child's
legal name
- An exact address
- New students should bring their
most recent report card
- 2 Proofs of Residence: verification
of school zone residence
(Must have two of the items listed below with parent/guardian's
name and address on the document)
Examples of Proofs of Residence:
-Property tax records which indicate the location
of the homestead
-Mortgage documents or property deed
-Apartment or home lease
-Current utility bills showing residence address
-Automobile registration
-Voter precinct identification
*However, any document which evidences
only a post office box as an address shall not be
accepted.
